New Gear

So now that I’m adding on mileage to my weekly running I’m a little sore in the legs. My friend Christine suggested some compression calf sleeves. I bought a pair of Zensah sleeves in black and they are awesome!!! Next purchase will be a set of pink or purple ones 🙂 I also bought a much needed foam roller…. my muscles have been much happier!!!

 

While I was at the running shop I also picked up a pair of Adidas Mana’s as an alternate shoe for training.
